The D pump is mainly composed of four parts: stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal:

1. The stator part is mainly composed of suction section, middle section, spit out section, guide vane and so on. Each section is clamped with tension bolt to form a studio;The suction port of the D-type pump is in the horizontal direction and the outlet is vertically upward.

2. The rotor part mainly comprises a shaft, an impeller, a balance disc, a shaft sleeve and the like.The shaft is used for transmitting power to the impeller to work; the balance disc is used for balancing the axial force; and the two ends of the shaft are provided with a replaceable shaft sleeve to protect the shaft.

3. There are two types of bearing parts:rolling bearing and sliding bearing:The rolling bearing is mainly composed of bearing block, bearing and bearing gland, and is lubricated with grease;The sliding bearing is mainly composed of bearing body, bearing cover, bearing tile, dust proof cover, oil level meter, oil dumping ring and so on, and is lubricated by thin oil.

4.
