HR Pendulum Pulverizer is a new product with technology updated based on the original 4R, 5R pendulum mill, of which the technical performance is more advanced. It is an energy-efficient pulverizer that is widely used in building materials, chemicals, paper, medicine, food, energy and other industries. It is suitable for non-flammable and non-explosive materials of which grinding hardness Mohs is below 7 and humidity below 6%, such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore, chromium ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite and so on. Finished particle size can be adjusted between 0.18mm-0.022mm (80-600 mesh), with high sieving rate and high yield.
2. Complete Equipment Composition
Its anti-vibration base, assembled grinding roller and cover tube and flange connection structure have obtained national patent. HR mill is mainly composed of the host, turbine classifier, feeding device, high pressure centrifugal air blower, double cyclone collector, piping device, pulse dust collector, intelligent electronic control system. Host, turbine classifier and high-pressure air blower adopt frequency conversion to control, so that it has high degree of intelligence. Purchased parts equipped on the machine are well-known domestic brands so that the quality will be guaranteed.

5. Technical Advantages
(1)Higher Classification Accuracy: Adopting large-blade inverted cone forced turbine classifier improves the classification efficiency. Finished product yield can be increased by 10%. It also ensures the finished product screening rate of 99.5%.
(2)Stronger Transmission Capacity: That High-pressure centrifugal air blower replaces traditional air blower increases air volume and pressure, which greatly improves the ability of pneumatic conveying. It will further improve the finished product yield.
